David Clark*
Chairman, previously a senior advisor to the FSA, he is a non-executive director of Tullett Prebon Group Ltd and is a non-executive Director of CAF Bank Limited.
Gordon Beesley
is a former Managing Director of Unity Trust Bank. He began his career in the ethical banking sector in 1960 with the Co-operative Bank, where he held a number of positions, including Treasurer of the London City Office.
Peter Berry CMG*
is Deputy Chairman of CAF and Executive Chairman of The Crown Agents for Overseas Governments. He is a founder member of the international council of Transparency International.
Ann Cairns
The Lord Cairns cvo, CBE*
is Chairman of CAF. He is also Deputy Chairman of Celtel International BV and a Director of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation.
Peter Clarke
Chairman of Credit Committee, was previously Deputy General Manager of Daiwa Bank Limited, London. He was a member of the Investors in Society credit committee from inception and became its Chairman in 2001.
Paul Harbard
was previously Finance Director, Peabody Trust. He is founder and Managing Director, Pocket Living Ltd.
Martin Mosley
following a career within the Barclays Group, Martin has built a small portfolio of charity roles, including Citizens Advice, where he is a Coopted Trustee. He was initially involved with Charity Bank through the Credit Committee prior to becoming a Trustee in 2008.
Julie Saunders
is Director of Finance and Resources at the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and a Director of Pepal, a new social enterprise.
Suri Ramanathan and Malcolm Lynch are Charity Bank’s joint Company Secretaries.
