First Steps

The First Steps Programme is aimed at organisations which are in the early stages of exploring issues around diversifying their sources of income. 

Our three-hour workshop - Planning for sustainability and widening your funding base – looks at the pros and cons of a range of funding options and explores issues related to the quest for long-term sustainability.

Next Steps

The Next Steps Programme is aimed at organisations which are a little further down the road to exploring how to achieve a sustainable mix of income.

We are running a number of workshops, alongside visits to leading third sector organisations which have taken big steps towards sustainability.
