Cylch - Wales Community Recycling Network

Cylch is the Welsh umbrella body for community based recycling organisations. Charity Bank works with Cylch and their members to deliver the Cylch Investment Programme. The programme enables Cylch members to improve their financial sustainability.

The Welsh Assembly Government

The Welsh Assembly Government awarded Cylch £3million over 3 years to help Cylch members become more sustainable and so be better positioned to contribute to the National Waste Strategy for Wales. Cylch has contracted Charity Bank to manage the programme.
