Niamh has worked in social finance in the UK, Ireland, Europe and Central America since 1994. She was the first Chair of the UK Community Development Finance Association and Secretary of the European Microfinance Network. She loves growing and cooking fruit and vegetables and stocks her fridge with jams, pickles, preserves and chutneys every autumn.

James Moore is an experienced banker with over 30 years in the industry. With a long standing interest/involvement in the Community and Voluntary sectors, he is committed to providing business support, help and guidance to the charitable sector. A strong advocate of the value and benefits derived by individuals from being part of a group, James, through his work, is privileged to see how lives are changed and enriched through group working.
Paul Donaldson spent 18 years in private sector banking. He has a strong commitment to all dimensions of social inclusion and enjoys working with charities involved with young people. He spends his spare time trying to keep up with his young family.
