Kirton in Lindsey Town Hall in Lincolnshire has provided civic, social and cultural activities for the people of the town for more than 100 years. But the building was in a bad state, and had partly closed for health and safety reasons. The community had raised over £1 million for renovation, and we added a loan of £50,000.
