The trust promotes the regeneration of Moretonhampstead and surrounds, an area on the edge of Dartmoor. It is taking over a former primary school, converting the building into a youth club, arts and heritage centre, community and commercial offices. A Charity Bank loan will provide cash flow to smooth payments for the building work.
