St Andrews Church in Fulham runs community activities including a mums and toddlers group, a fruit and veg co-op, a lunch club and a food and clothing service for the homeless. It needed better facilities to grow, so it made plans to build ten flats, four of which it would sell, to ensure an income as well as building a community centre. We lent £1,850,000 for the project.
