Changes to Managed Interest Rates effective 25th July 2025

Thank you for considering applying for an account with us. We wanted to inform you that we are reducing interest rates on some of our managed rate savings’ accounts effective from the 25th July 2025.  

We hope you understand why deposit-takers make commercial pricing decisions in line with indices. 

The tables below list the products that rates will change on, showing the current rate and the new rate of interest (Gross/AER)* depending on account balance:

* Gross is the interest rate without tax deducted. AER stands for Annual Equivalent Rate and illustrates what the interest rate would be if interest was paid and compounded once each year.

** Balances that fall below the minimum to open will receive the same interest rate.

***Rate up to £4,999 is 0.10%.

****Rate up to £9,999 is 0.10%.

 We hope this information will enable you to fully consider whether to continue with an application to open any of the above products.  

 In line with terms of these products, if you do continue, you can change your mind within 14 days of opening, and we will cancel your account without penalty or notice. This period is further extended under the banks Terms and Conditions documents, allowing you until the 10th of August 2025 to move to a more suitable account with us or another provider, without being liable for an early withdrawal fee or the need to serve the full notice period. After this date the usual terms of your account will apply in relation to closure.
