Savings Account Statements

Your Statements

When saving for good with Charity Bank it is not possible to view statements including information on account balances, transactions and interest rates online.

We are working to bring this functionality to our savers, but in the meantime, this dedicated page explains how often you will receive statements and how you can request ad hoc ones or set a recurring frequency to meet your needs

How often will I receive a statement? 

Annual statements  

As per the terms and conditions of your account, at a minimum, you will receive a statement as follows: 

  • For Managed Rate Accounts (Easy Access, Notice and ISAs): An annual statement covering the last financial tax year period 6th April – 5th April, will be issued by post in May.   
  • For Fixed Rate Accounts: An annual statement covering the previous 12-month period, sent following the anniversary of your account opening and or on maturity. 

We will also send you a statement after the following events: 

  • If the terms of your account allow additional funds, you will receive a statement every time you credit your account. 
  • If the terms of your account allow you to withdraw funds, you will receive a statement each time. 
  • A statement will be issued upon maturity or closure of an account. 

If you do not wish to receive a statement after you credit to or withdraw from your account, please email our Savings team on [email protected] with your preferences. This will support our drive to be a greener bank while we work to deliver online services.   

How will I receive my statement? 

All annual statements will be sent by post.  

As stated earlier, Managed Rate annual statements will be issued in May, please allow this period to receive. If you have not received your statement after this time, please contact us by phone: 01732 441944 or email: [email protected], so we can ensure receipt of your statement, and any information included.  

Fixed Rate annual statements, ad hoc and additional regular statements will be paperless and sent via SharePoint which you’ll receive as an email with a link to click on to view your statement. These communications will be sent the day they are available to us in our core banking system, however you also have the option to opt for your statement to be issued by post or password protected email.

Can I order an ad hoc statement for a specific period? 

Yes, you can request a statement that shows transactions during a specified period and the balance as at the requested statement end date (which cannot be in the future).  

Please complete the online form below, confirming the required period, so that your statement can be ordered.  

Can a recurring statement frequency be set to meet my needs?  

If you want to schedule a specific frequency to meet your needs, you can do this using the form below. Please note, this will not replace the annual statement detailed above, this will remain in place.  

We can support the following additional statement frequencies; monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annually (covering a different period to the annual statement already in place for your account).  Once in place this frequency will remain in place until any instruction from you is received to suspend.

Upon receipt of your request, the Savings team will order your ad hoc statement or set your regular statement frequency in our core banking system. The team will issue your statement in line with your instructions as soon as possible.
