This achievement reflects the Bank’s strategic focus on wellbeing, transparency, and purpose, demonstrating that how we work is just as important as what we do.

These results are the outcome of initiatives that prioritise employee voice, flexibility, and purpose. The internal communications overhaul – including quarterly investor updates, town hall meetings, a new intranet, engaging with staff on strategy and a refreshed staff newsletter – has significantly improved transparency and alignment.
A Culture of Inclusion
Charity Bank’s commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) is central to its culture. The Bank has signed the Women in Finance Charter, signed the Diversity Forum Manifesto developed inclusive policies, and established an active EDI working group. Engagement among women is especially strong, with 95% reporting high levels of wellbeing and autonomy.
In 2025, Charity Bank also rolled out neurodiversity awareness, further embedding inclusion into everyday practice.
